How can I login to Deezer once I have subscribed?
Download and open the Deezer app. Login using your stc number and enjoy listening to unlimited songs, ad free on Deezer Premium.
As an stc customer, can I continue my subscription to Deezer Premium post the free trial?
Yes, after you complete your trial, you can keep your Deezer Premium account and the price of your monthly subscription will be added as a bundle with your stc plan.
How much is the subscription fee for Deezer Premium through stc Direct Billing?
20.7 SAR/month (Incl. VAT) after the free trial ends.
Can prepaid stc customers subscribe?
Yes! Once your free trial period has ended, the price of your monthly subscription will be deducted from your balance every month.
If I want to unsubscribe, how do I cancel my subscription?
We hope you do not feel this way, but should you want to cancel, it’s quite simple,
just follow the appropriate steps below:

If I unsubscribe during the offer period, can I resubcribe?
Yes, however, upon trying to re-subscribe to the offer using your stc number after unsubscribing, you will be billed for the monthly subscription.
I’ve been charged twice on two different dates
This means that you subscribed to a Deezer on two different Deezer accounts.
What you can do:
• Verify that you did not create two Deezer accounts with two different subscriptions.
• If you did not use your personal credit card details to subscribe to a paid offer, please check with the cardholder to make sure they did not make any other purchases on Deezer.
